Mike Golden

Mike Golden currently serves as the Associate Pastor, providing oversight on church finances and operations, while also serving as the Worship Leader and co Youth Leader with his wife, Jeannie. He has previously served as a Youth Leader, Worship Leader, and Bible Teacher with other churches. Growing up, his family had a singing group that traveled to various churches 2-3 weekends a month to minster through music. Mike received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Appalachian State University in 1992, majoring in Finance. He also earned his Bachelor of Theology in 2003, and Master of Theology in 2008 from Christian Life School of Theology. Mike and Jeannie have been married since December 1996. They have four wonderful children: Bethany (21), Samuel (17), Elijah (16), and Ella (13). All four children are actively involved in the youth and college ministries at Harvest. Mike desires to see others passionately serving the Lord. He wants to see the people of Harvest be fully committed to living their lives to please the Lord, to sharing the gospel with others, and to faithfully worshipping and laboring for Him.Two Scriptures that are theme verses for Mike are: Psalm 104:33 "I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being."John 3:30 "He must increase, but I must decrease."
