Cathy Adkins serves as Administrative Assistant at Harvest Ministries and serves

alongside her husband, Gary Adkins, Harvest Senior Pastor. She formerly served as a

first grade teacher at Westminster Catawba Christian School for 24 years. She

graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1992 with a degree in Early

Childhood.

 

Cathy grew up in a pastor’s home and has lived in Ohio, Indiana, Maryland, and

Tennessee. During those years as a pastor’s daughter along with marrying a minister,

she has served as Sunday School teacher, children’s leader, nursery leader, youth

leader, women’s leader, worship leader, summer youth camp director, camp secretary,

SC state treasurer for COGOP, but her favorite title is MOM!

Cathy and Pastor Gary have been married for 35 years. They are blessed with two

wonderful children. Their son, Cameron and his wife, Katie, live in Fountain Inn, South

Carolina where she practices medicine as a family doctor. Cameron serves part-time at

their church in Greenville, SC and is in the doctoral program at Southern Baptist

Seminary. Their daughter, Brooklyn and husband, Tyler Britton, live in High Point, North

Carolina. They both work in finance.

 

Cathy considers herself blessed to be a part of the Harvest Ministries staff. She loves

the people at Harvest and desires to serve the Lord and honor Him in all things.
